You are suffering from a disorder called Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Amoebiasis. Eat 2 to 3 garlic flakes cut into fine pieces and gulp them with hot water on empty stomach before breakfast daily. Just skip lunch for a day and compensate with 4 banana, 4 medium size guava, few pieces of pineapple, a small bowl of pomegranate pearls and salad having carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, radish and lettuce. Sprinkle black pepper and salt to taste. Chew a small piece of cinnamon stick after breakfast. Eat germinated Moong whole (Mung) breakfast daily. Drinking 50ml cabbage juice daily will help to get rid of stomach ulcer. Avoid heavy foods like non-vegetarian, fast, spicy and oily food. Stop drinking aerated cold drinks and alcohol. Take proper rest and go for brisk walk daily. Eat guava fruits daily to correct your disorder. Drink sufficient water daily. Besides the above, also take one tablet of Metronidazole/400mg thrice a day with water after meal for 5 days. Take care and be in good health.

you might have irritable bowel syndrome, which is caused by either not enough, or too much, water in your digestive tract. You can get something called Equilactin that will help you get the right amount of water for good digestion. It will also give you plenty of fiber. good luck!

Please see your doctor......as it could mean you may have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or maybe Diverticulitis/Diverticulosis......which means you may have pockets in the bowel area. If these pockets get inflamed........you will have some pain and discomfort. Possibly constipation and or diarrhea also. Sounds like you need a colonoscopy......to find out your real problem.

i know this is not nice, because you get pain with it as well, and sometimes you feel bloated and other times you feel constipated, but this can be nerves, something could be upsetting you, a relationship, family, work, if you have`NT had it before, i would ask the doctor for something to settle your tummy, or it could be irritable bowl, try not to worry.
