frist i know that i have to pay the bill but all i want to know is HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE

I think 18 unless you're emancipated.

Depends on the state your in. If you can pay the water/sewer/garbage/power/cable/phone/food/insurance/ rent/food/repairs/internet/gas/ then your ok and you can move out now. However if you cant, get a roomate. As for age. there is no real stipulation however to get utilities turned on you must have sombody 18+ to put there name on the bill.

18 and that's still pushing the limits cause u maybe an adult but that does not guarantee u that u will make it on your own and who is there to back u up if necessary as this will become the case in all teenagers lives...

18 makes you an adult legally, so be at least 18

With parental consent, I believe it is 17
