i think the fact that he has only made 2 visits to Iraq since the war started says it all. We have entertainers braver than him. Bush might have the balls to go, but i believe he'd be begging to go home within minutes of being in country.

About the only good thing I can see of Bush is that he values his life. But with that, why not show the troops and the world over the moral support of his office by at least showing his face in the country... and if he dies over there.. he should be proud.. what better way to die then by defending your country.. the country you serve... in the war you started!? There is always the Vice president to step up and take Bush's place.. right!

Bush 'served' in the military long enough to be 'cool' flying a fighter jet. Then his daddy got him out of any further 'service'.

If Bush was forced to serve in his own Iraqi war, he'd need a change of underwear within the first thirty seconds.

O course he'd cut and run......the only religion this "born-again" Christian practices devoutly is COWARDISM! -RKO-

He ran once before, and he didn't even cut. Hehe..

This is a digression from the original question but how exactly does the mind of people like rockandroll.. and leogirl work? Almost all the people who have answered this question, and I guess anyone who knows one grain of truth about the shrub family would agree on how the blunderer in chief would behave. But these two oddballs steadfastly follow their lord shepherd.
Do these two get paid directly from the government treasury or what?

I personally doubt any of the political leaders that create these wars would readily fight in the war. A survey was done of the American politicians that voted in favour of the Iraq war and the surveyors learned that none of them would send or have sent their children to fight in this war. Hmmmmm ... makes you wonder.

He already did that once! And so did his family...

In the old days (say Napoleon, the Prussian war, etc.) the generals and kings would ride with their troops. I beleive if we reinstated that practice there would be less war.

Remember he is a CONservative (none of them served)

He evaded the draft and his daddy pull strings to keep him out of the Vietnam conflict, what do you think, I think he would cry like a baby if he had to fight in the war of his making.
