i think it's like way dumb when someone duzn't like someone else cuz they're a different color or something. so why are they like that? just cuz they're different?

That is NOT being racist; that's just disliking someone based on some characteristics, albeit, physical characteristics. Racism is an organized political system wherein members of one race are denied rights that they are constitutionally or morally entitled to.
If you don't like me because of my race, that is your problem. If you wouldn't employ me because of my race, O.K., that may be racism.
However, if your experience has proved to you that members of a particular racial group are the most delinquent employees (often late, frequently absent, lazy, cannot work unless supervised, etc), from an economic standpoint, what is the probability that you will employ another person of that same race? I'm NOT saying that this person will be the same like all the others, but what is the probability that he will be like that?

everyone is racist to some degree. It's human nature to pick on someone wh's different to you. The only problem is when ppl act on those feelngs and say or do things to hurt other ppl

Probably because they were raised that way, and have never known someone from another race so they could figure out that people are people, and get rid of their stereotypes.

i think its either their upbringing,they're scared of other cultures so they say horrible things to make themselves feel better or they are just ignorant
