Matt, you are absolutely right, I am currently in peruse of a bachelors in Computer Information Science (programming). I have achieved 92 credits so far. Yes I have become very discouraged from the difficulty of learning programming, but I will press on. Any advice…?

With flowcharts you use symbols that all have a special meaning. With programming there are unique symbols that can be used to help a programmer simplify the process of designing a complex computer program for whatever reason he/she may have. You can use these symbols no matter if your designing a program from C++, Java, Visual Basic, etc. I hope this helps you out.

If you are considering a field in computer programming I will tell you it won't be easy, but the rewards that come from it will be tremendous to you.

Flowchart forms from special symbols.
But a program flowchart has logical flow according to solution of a problem using special symbols.
