This is how I'd run any party: Make awesome goody bags fo rthe kids by loading up on stuff rom the 99 cents store. Get the main stuff from Toys r Us though like the decorations. Get the ice cream from Smart and Final and get the cake from Costco along with the burgers or hot dogs.

i hav a party idea thats fun lol
if thers a lotta ppl do this get a small swimimng pool liek a kiddie pool for kids smallest u can find then put ALOTTA of cut up fruit basically to the top by a lot of drinks everything that u think would taste good with fruit then when each guest comes tell them to pour a cup of there favorite drink in it then get a buncha spoons plastic cups and sum whip cream taste real good lol

For a 14 year old girl, maybe a sleepover? Rent a bunch of movies if you have a player, or borrow them from your local library since that would be free. Pizza, pop, chips - let them talk and giggle all night, they're old enough that a night without sleep won't kill them.

Get 5$ pizzas
Buy chips and dip in Sam's (bulk packs)
buy soda at the gas station, @ $10 for 4 six packs
Play lots of music, in your Cd player or the radio
Clean you house and open the door
Be happy with your guests and with what you have and enjoy!

Hand each guest a roll of toilet paper when they walk in the door, and tell them to make the best costume they can with it.
For kids, play musical chairs;
For adults, play drunken musical chairs
Get a couple bags of the 100 count balloons and fill em with whipped cream (or water), then have a balloon toss.

how about a sleepover party? you would want to serve either pizza or something for dinner or just snacks & drinks. - popcorn & movies. if its really hot, they could have a water balloon fight. then have pancakes or blueberry muffins for breakfast.
or, if she doesn't like the sleepover idea, you could have a bowling party or one at putt-putt.
-I would only have a pool party if you were sure there was going to be life-guards there.

Couple of bottles of boons farm or night train, and a homeless man/woman to strip (they probably would do it for the scraps of food you might have molding in the fridge)

you can bake a cake.. get chips and dip and a few cheap soda's and there is your party... dont forget music
