Bush is only a puppet, manipulated by LimpDick Cheney, DumbDon Dumsfeld, and the 'secret' rulers of this country, which could include foreign political leaders, lobbyists, political hacks, and an assortment of other unsavory characters. Our political system has been corrupted beyond anything most American citizens care to believe.

We've had Ronald Reagan, a 'telfon president' who seemingly could get away with any kind of dirty politics without having any blame stick to him. Then there was George H.W. Bush whose connections with the CIA, and the Saudi Arabian and Chinese governments created unspeakable circumstances that helped diminish the U.S.A. as a world power and global peacekeeper. Then there were the Clinton years of scandal, murder, and all kinds of foreign intrigue with pimps, drug dealers, and common petty thieves. Now we have George W. Bush, whose superiors (Cheney and Rumsfeld) have sinister motives on controlling all of the Earth's oil reserves at whatever cost in human lives and American repute. No, I don't believe anyone is un-American just because they believe this president is not acting in the best interest of Americans.
Voting won't change things. If you vote crooked Republicans out of office, you only replace them with crooked Democrats. It is time for a second American Revolution.
But until we get off the couch, put down the remote, and begin DEMANDING that we get our country back, sleazy politicians will continue to ignore us and keep sucking off the taxpayers' teat.
We're like lobsters comfortably languishing in a pot of lukewarm water. Only when the water begins to boil will we being to scream in agony over our own apathy.
Thomas Jefferson once said: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." That time is NOW.
Politicians keep us distracted with trivial things such as non-binding resolutions of gay marriage and flag burning.
We, meanwhile, occupy our time worrying about our maxxed-out credit cards; $3.00-a-gallon fuel for our $60,000.00 SUVs; Britney Spears' love life; Jacko's pedophilia; professional landscaping for our $300,000 houses; "low prices - everyday" at WalMart for junk we don't even need; and the latest rankings of our favorite football teams. As long as "WE THE PEOPLE" don't fight back, nothing will change. The Constitution allows us to bear arms against a tyrannical and oppressive government, but until a group of us actually stands up for our freedoms, we will just lounge around in relative comfort while evil politicians rape and pillage with our tax dollars. -RKO-

"Are you un-American if you believe this president is not acting in the best interest of Americans? But rather his political backers? Is is un-American to think that even America can sometimes end up with inept and horribly corrupt leaders like any other country?" No. But it doesn't mean that people who believe it are right.
"Is is un-American to want change and have elections where our votes actually count?" Yes. Elections are provided for in the Constitution. Every four years.
"Should exit polls which were always accurate in predicting the winner in all past elections (and is used worldwide to catch election fraud and tampering), be thown out just because the "results" now contradict those polls with for the first time with Bush?" See Dewey beats Truman, 1948.
"Or should we be satisfied with rigging and fraud as happens in corrupt third-world countries like Mexico where a conservative supposedly "won" the vote recently of the Mexican people in a "very close" election? Sound familiar?" Yes it does. Mayor Daley handing the election to Kennedy, 1960.
Please provide PROOF of fraud by ANY conservative.

It's not Un-American to not be a backer of the President, any President. It's not un-American to want change, or to want your political party in power.
What's un-American is to continue to spread the same lies over and over again. You're basing Presidential elections on exit polls? You know exit polls don't mean squat, right? You know exit polls are conducted by the liberal mainstream media, right? So George Bush, the guy you think is a moron, managed to pull off an election fraud so vast that it involved all 50 states, the judiciary, and the Supreme Court? Sure. Now who's the moron?
You know absolutely nothing about Mexican politics, or the Mexican election, but because it was a close election and a "conservative" won, you're willing to automatically believe it's a conspiracy. Will you ever be willing to move forward? Or are you just going to waste your life believing in pathetic conspiracies and bitter lies?

Nope...not un-American, but why is it that because the polling (which can also be rigged) doesn't suit your belief that somehow it is now not reliable? hmm...here in GA there were ballot boxes "allegedly" stuffed at the last hour for particular congress person....but no cries of foul or recount...It is amazing to me what cry babies many become. Seems like just 8 years ago (or so) that certain folks were decrying a certain IMPEACHED president...yes he was impeached. Found not guilty...but impeached....does this person want all the votes counted...or just counted until the outcome is his/her way....please...we still have the best system in the world....make a point stand up for something or just go with the flow...stop trying to change the best system in the world...

Funny you ask that. My college research paper was on domestic terrorism back in '97-'98, when domestic terrorism was on a rise and the end of the millenium was coming. So that I don't go on some long tirade here, the problem is the definition of terrorism. For example, the Tylenol scare back in '82...would you consider that terrorism? How about criminal gangs? Are those terrorists? How about David Koresh? Or were they "freedom fighters", like Timothy McVeigh? I think in a post 9/11 US, domestic terrorist acts like the one at Oklahoma City are unlikely, but there's always a possibility, especially with the economy going downhill like it is. The key factor in my research paper was the increasing gap between the rich and the poor in the US. When I wrote my paper, the gap was already greater than the gap between the rich and the poor in Cuba before the revolution there. ADDED: What's with the continued facination with Bill Ayers? Yeah, Bill Ayers did some stupid things when he was young, but who doesn't? He's apparently seen the error in his ways and as gone on to better things. I think criminal gangs in the US have done more damage, killed and wounded more people, instilled fear, and cost the US taxpayers more money than Bill Ayers or any of his associates ever did.

No, it is not un-American to not have faith in the leader of ones country.Especially when it has been shown that his interests are strictly for gain of power and money. When the government and media keep spinning stories for all of the things they've been doing since he took office, you know were in deep trouble. It's been lies after lies to cover their agendas. When they are shown to be liars they come up with new excuses. They are using our men and women to fight the supposed WAR ON TERROR. thThey are using the US soldiers for corporate gain and occupation, knowing that they are stuck in a quagmire. Just like President Bush saying to Israel to take it easy on the Arab countries, that it is attacking. May God take his wrath out on these warmongers. The world should stand up against what is happening to the Arab people at this time. The USA and Israel had planned this strike for over a year. Don't be fooled. Israel is smarter than you think. The Zionists were in Israel recently and must have gave the go ahead.I say all peace lovers, the heads of the religious orders, and the world governments should take a stand and stop this holocaust of the Arab people..

You are most definitely not un-American for disagreeing with you r leader or thinking the system needs to be reformed. That is what America is, a land of freedom of thought. It doesn't mean you are right, but it doesn't mean you are un-American.

You evidently have an agenda, Dog. As I recall, much of the effort by liberals during the disputed Florida elections was to prevent the acceptance of absentee ballots that were legally and patriotically cast by our men and women serving overseas in our armed forces.

No. The best a good citizen can do now is rejecting Bush and his team. Those who voted for him and his cronies in past should awake now and vote from now on responsibly.
