You are taking your prenatal vitamins, I hope. You may be anemic, which needs to be addressed. And you should look into someone taking care of your two-year old once a week...to give you a day of rest. Remember, nausea can take a lot out of you...make sure you drink plenty of water and try to get some light exercise. I wish you luck, dear one, and a healthy baby.

Every pregnancy is different.

When I was pregnant, I had "morning sickiness" all day - I couldn't eat anything for days or I would throw it back up. And tired?!? I could sit in a chair and fall asleep! I was exhausted for the first five months of my pregnancy.

Have your doctor check your iron levels - that may help with the exhaustion (it did me). As for the nausea, just watch what you eat. I found that any food that had a tomato sauce (italian food - my favorite!) made me sick. No pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, or any of the good stuff! Stick to a more bland diet at the beginning, and it should help you out. It also helped me to eat a light breakfast in the morning after I had been up for a couple hours as opposed to right away. Prenatal vitamins also help with the nausea, and if you feel sick, maybe take them in the evening as opposed to the morning. I switched, and for some reason, it helped.

Good luck!

Well for one thing----YOU HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD!

Does it get any more draining than that?

I had my first 2 1 year apart.Yes you are exhausted!Mentally and physically.Take your prenatals and rest when son does.
Do you also have a job outside your home?
Slow down and relax a little. All pregnancy's are very different but talk to your Dr. at next visit. You could be anemic. But I think you are just a very busy pregnant mom.

It's normal. You didn't feel like that when you were pregnant with your 2 yr. old, because you didn't have a 2 yr. old to chase! The more kids I had, the worse it got. With my last one(I had 3 to take care of) , I was totally miserable. I could never get enough sleep in the 1st trimester. Good luck, and congrats.

It sounds like you may be enimic. Also, have you had your bloodwork done prior to your getting pregnant. Fatigue is a symptom of many issues. Your body may also be "settling down" into pregnancy. Take your vitamins and go to the doctor!
God Bless

I was like that with both of my pregnancy's for months!! Its not fun, but you'll make it threw! If you have someone to ask to help you take care of your son sometimes it helps. Good luck!

Do you take prenatal vitamins?
Maybe you are low on iron?
But be careful with iron because it can cause constipation
Also is it very hot where you live?
If you continue to feel like that, go see your doctor

Good Luck and feel better
