Before I invest in one and go to the trouble of creating an electrical outlet I want to be sure the water will stay cool enough to suffice as a bird bath. I live in S. Florida and even in the shade the water in a regular bird bath gets too warm for the birds to cool off and 'bathe'.

The water will stay a lot cooler than uncirculated water. A fountain will keep the water circulating, and should keep the temp quite a bit cooler.

The water can be cooled by evaporation provided the humidity isn't 100%

What is a fountail? A fountain will not stay cool unless it has some type of refrigeration!!!

it won't if the weather will not permit it to.. but you can add ice cubes from time to time to cool the water.. or change the water..

the pump will add heat to the water. so will the ambient air temperature.

yes it can remain cool if u provide full tempertaure setup to regulate it's temp
