If you haven't had sex for a year, and you both don't want to, why do you need help? Stay with the status quo, cause it sounds like you're on the right track for what you both want.

To be honest there is not much left between what you guys already have done and the penetration act, I would say you need to "complete" the intercourse act. NOT BIG DEAL, uhh?
