Can I make my own virus on a computer? Because if you can I will do everything to NOT make a virus. Have you ever had a computer virus? I have and I just got rid of it. It was HORRIBALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hated it. Well can you make a virus? I DO NOT WANT TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mechanically yes physically NO! good way not to make one in the first place is not to down load any thing from the Internet and get a good anti virus soft ware. like bit defender or Mcaffee .. Oh yea don't down load software from AOL bad things happen when you do. I have made viruses using the DOS disc operating system in the command line inter face and they worked. Its just a simple batch file...

You should get a good anti-virus program installed on your computer pronto. The average time spent on the open Internet without an anti-virus program running on your computer is about 5-7 minutes before you aquire a virus, trojan, or some malicious software.

You would really have to know how to write a virus, so I don't believe you could write one by accident.

I would say that you could not make a computer virus using a computer.

i don't think you could make a virus by accident. the people who create them do it on purpose. you are getting viruses from other things like infected sites on the web.
