Yes I had a set of 3 with a day in between each session. I was able to see through a glass viewing area what was going in and what was going out. I was amazed. What was removed had been with me for years, decades even.
There was some mild discomfort in the beginning however the operator can and does adjust things so I was overall very comfortable.
.I recomend it and thank you for reminding me because I like to have this treatment every couple of years.

Ask around for a reputable establishment in your area, have the treatment, and I tell you now you will feel better. (who wouldn't after dumping all that stuffola) Plus it is a healthy thing to do and is a way to treat your body with love.
NOTE This is not an enema. Pure water is pulsed gently in and out. On the out flow fecal matter once stuck to the walls of you large and small intestines is removed and flushes out of your body.

It's a technical name for an enema. They fill your anus with water and then you drain it on the toilet. If you don't want it it feels like you've been raped. Some people do it for fun.

I think that is an enema you don't get for free.
