I know how you feel, My wife is gone, her job requires her to be gone form home anywhere from a couple of months to up to a year. Right now I'm in a four month stretch, before she will return home. One thing that has helped a little is, we have Alltel wireless service, which we can talk to each other any time for free. (better known as mobile to mobile) but believe me it really doesn't compensate for her being gone.
Night time is the worst. Hard to sleep in an empty bed.
My best advice is to try to en-circle yourself with your friends during the day and at night give hubby a call, even if its just to say you love him and to sleep tight. This will help. If you have friends in the internet, chat with them if you can or just e-mail them. Tell them your feeling down, you would be surprised how much they will help.

don't listen to answerer #1 - my husband is away overseas - military duty - so i fully understand - take heart in your friends, family and surround yourself with your and your husband's memories and keep to your normal routine as best you can - it helps a bit.... cry when you want to - laugh when you want to - and don't listen to other peoples' negative input or advice - your imagination doesn't need it. Lean on God and keep in as regular contact as possible (email, phone, whatever you can) with your husband. take care of yourself for him and your future together.

keep yourself occupied. gosh...i get lonely after a few hours and i know shes coming back soon...good luck ask God for strength
