Ummm...Depends on the company, but I would say call them and ask whether you can pay cash.

See if you can put down a refundable cash deposit or pay in advance. The reason they want a credit card is because they put a hold on it for a couple hundred dollars so that they can charge it if anything happens to the car. But you still have to be aged 21+. Maybe even 25. Depends on the company, I think.
