Boy, this tommy fellow is a real genius. haha OK, First, E-85 might harm the rubber diaphram in the fuel pump...but I think it would survive. Mostly, you'll need to re-jet the carb. Maybe just order a new carb from Edelbrock (they use weber carbs and sell them with their name...weber is the best and most simple). Your jets will need to be around .030 or .040 for E-85. If you bore them to .030, you can use gas and E-85. Good luck.

The only problem will be the fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel lines, fuel pressure regulator and fuel injector size. The alcohol in E85 will attack all metals that are not resistant enough. So you will need to get a Stainless Gas tank, fuel lines, fuel pump and regulator. You may want to get a BIGGER fuel tank since E85 has about 30% less energy density as regular gasoline.

Also the fuel injectors will need to be bigger to allow enough of this fuel (approximately 30% more) into your engine. You may also need a "Special" computer chip to help in the fuel delivery but I'm thinking you might be alright.

If you want to convert an older Carbureted model then in addition to the above (except the part about the computer and injectors) you will need to change the "jets" in the carb to flow more fuel vs the venturi signal.

Sorry Jeff (new cars are ok with alcohol) but old cars may not be, so, if you do not upgrade your fuel system and the alcohol corrodes your fuel lines and gas spurts out all over and burns your car up, don't blame me ;-)
