I'm more or less half Swedish (with perhaps a smattering of Finn thrown in, my dad was born in Finland, but in Osterbotten, a Swedish area...), and German and a little Lakota Sioux, with various other things thrown into the mix on mom's side.

Aren't all sexkittens Swedish, lol???

PS Yes I care, I am darn proud of everything I am, lol.

My ancestors were African, European, and native American. I don't know what African or what European country my ancestors were from because no one likes to talk about it. But I do know that two of my great grandparents were Cherokee. So i never think I'm an immigrant. Slavery destroyed black people's heritage. But i know that Jesus loves me so i don't care.

Americans are well aware that our ancestors are from somewhere else if you go back far enough. We're known as the melting pot, the nation of (legal) immigrants, so we know this.

My grandparents came from Italy. I love all things Italian.

Some of us have so many mixtures in our ancestories that it's impossible to name them all. As for me, I don't care where my ancestors came from. If it was such a grand place they wouldn't have left it when they did.
