You sound more anxious than paranoid, most people who are truely paranoid believe there paranoid thoughts, they don't question whether or not they are paranoid. All they know is that people, or things, are after them. If you are really afraid, talk with some, maybe a therapist if you feel the need to, or someone that you trust (of course, if you are paranoid, then you don't trust anyone). And since you wrote onto yahoo answers looking for advice and support, I would say you can't be paranoid.

take up yoga, it relaxes the mind more than you can imagine...if yoga donesn't work, try meditating, and if that, too, fails...go to a shrink, they always know have a solution :)
