Hes really hot and alot of girls like him. Im athletic and see him when i ride horses should i go for looks or talent? hes 2 yrs older than me if that helps.

Go for both looks and talent! A girl can look really HOT on a horse when she wants too! trust me I know- I ride each and everyday! Wear some of your skin tight blue jeans and a half shirt-belly button shirt- and of course your boots and a sexy cowboy hat with your hair blowing in the breeze and that will surely get his attention! And of course at the same time do your best on the horse and he will also notice how great u r on the horse! Good luck to u

Just because he's "hot" that doesn't mean he's a good man, or a nice person. "Looks" are a very bad measuring stick. Being "popular" isn't a good measuring stick either. Many "smartasses" that end up in trouble are 'exciting' and 'popular'.
Your being athletic and riding horses means nothing either. "looks and talent" mean absolutely NOTHING.
Assuming he IS a good person, just be yourself. Practice good posture, hygiene, don't wear sloppy clothes or too much makeup, get yourself educated, be well spoken, don't make a fool of yourself, don't GOSSIP about him, it will get back to him, and most of all, let the REAL girl shine through. If he likes the 'real girl' he sees, you win.

I have an age old practice that works so well when I'm shopping for guys.
I walk up and start talking to them. Find something that you have in common and just start the conversation from there.
If he doesn't know your name then start off by saying, "Hi, my name is......" and then compliment something he did not how he looks.
Then let your relationship blossom from there.
If you really want him to chase you, pay him an awesome compliment, let it sink in, then walk away.
Guys love to have their egos stroked by a pretty girl.
