Possibly a bad alternator bearing or some other pulley locked up. Check them all. Sounds like bad belts if they are both making noise. Be sure. Tighten them up, but if they don't stop squealing, you'll want to replace them.

Tighten... but may be bad belts, check to see if they are a little frayed... i think that's how you spell it. anyway if you want a quick fix put some honey or jelly on it... no kidding used to do it all the time works great.

if they are cracked, replace. if not, tighten. check to see if there's any fluid on the pullys, thus possibly causing the squeak. if there is...find that problem and remedy it.
