You have to be clean first off......if you ARE keeping up with good hygiene....go to the doctor, you could have some kind of infection.

yo the reason why you balls smell bad is because you might be doing some kind of activites to make you balls sweat and it might be hot out side so. This is how you stop it get in the shower get a wash rag first buy some body soap like axe groove and put it on the rag and wash up ok got it. Damn my balls smell to i need a shower to lol i am about to get one lol

You have to wash them properly. Keep them dry and clean all the time. Wipe off after urinating.
