i watched that. and we had a winky dink screen. it was like this bluish film that you put over you TV screen so that you could color along i think. i was real little so i am not too sure

Yeah, it was a little before my time, but I remember it. It was called Winkie Dink and You. What about it?

You would have to draw on a plastic covering on your TV screen to get Winkie out of trouble.
