I am happier than most, I feel content and safe.
These feeling I did not have before, but lately I have been feeling the happiest I have been in over 15 years.

I think for someone who is not particularly religious, today I recognize that God has blessed me with much more than I've ever thought.

I have been unemployed for almost 3 years, I do not get assistance from any source, yet I have everything I need. If that is not a blessing I don't know what is.

It is amazing how little we really need to have a good life.
I thank God for the gifts he's given me!

I do not wish to change my present life in any big way except I'll like to live in the same city as my daughter.

I have gone through a lot of really bad stuff in my life, probably more then the average person has, but I actually think that now that I'm finally over the worst and see how bright my future is, I wouldn't change anything. I believe even the bad stuff in life somehow shapes your future, and I realize that had I not faced and dealt with the negative, I would never be where I am now. I have a wonderful husband, beautiful kids, and a happy and healthy life! I feel very lucky.

Hi Lily:

Well, give me a million, a slim body,
a perfect home, and great job, ....ummmm
that is what society has called to my attention
perhaps....but none of this is true as I have
discovered!! I haven't a million, or slim, or
anything perfect, and lately I have
discovered 'happy'. .....
You ask such a profound question!

I am happy some of the time. Why do you ask?
Are you seeking answers, by listening to others?
That is cool.
We do learn by listening, and well, feeling
for the strength in others answers.

Happy. I think I am happiest when I am really
working at my hobbies/passions in life.
I am peaceful in my heart when I have my
children around me. They delight me.
I am happy when I can really feel, and help
someone else.

Happy is such a fleeting word, fleeting emotion
at best....that first bite of cheese cake, that
first moment when you are falling in love; but
'peaceful' ummm now you have it....

Those moments, when I sit and ponder, and
truly feel at 'peace', now that is a moment.

luv
and thoughts,
Ava

No Lily I am not truly happy and havent been for quite some time. It realy doesnt matter how I change my life becouse thier is only one thing that would make me truly happy again. And it just so happens to be something that when you lose it can never ever be replaced or substituted. Innocence!!

Yes I am. I have a wonderful wife of 38 years who gave me four fine sons that grew up to be successful men, husbands and fathers. I now have 10 grandchildren that have enriched my life beyond measure. I have a Savior in Jesus Christ and know where I'm going when this life ends. What more could any man ask for?

Im happy with my life. I have some friends that care about me and I have family that cares about me. They help you get through the hard times when you need it. Thats all I need to make me happy. If you arent happy go see a theropist and they will help you out. If you are in school go to a counsoler. I hope this helped.

I'm not happy and the thing that would make me happy will be to move on from my father death. I would change my life by not letting my dad drive and if i have done that he would have died.

I am in many ways that I have a wonderful husband, 2 smart children, & a roof over our heads.

I am not in many ways that I don't feel I'm providing a good enough atmosphere for my children, and also I do not feel good about my health or physical activities.

I am thinking of doing something for myself and know that it would be best for my family for me to happy. I don't know why I feel like I can't pursue it though.

Thanks for asking though.
