Holy ****, you guys must leave a contrail of smoke like a "Destroyer".

The correct fuel ratio for a "NON- VRO" motor is 50:1 (3oz. of oil per gallon of fuel). Evinrude had originally stated 100:1oil/gas ratio but, quickly changed it, and said "Run it at 50:1". The VRO injected system is different, We need to know if it has "Oil Injection" or NOT. Even w/ oil injection, it is suggested to put "Some" oil in with the gas, in case of oil pump "Failure", Thats why I did'nt get the VRO, I'll mix it, that way "I'M SURE" it's in there working ! (I have only a 6 gal tank)

That would be 4%, 1 to 25, not 1 to 4.

1 to 4 would gum up the motor.

Great motor by the way; I had one.

32 to 1 will be fine, that's what I use in mine (same motor)
