i am not getting mails frm my frnds delivry failure pls help?

whn my friends are sending me the mail it goes into failure

This happens to me periodically and I don't know why.

When it does, I contact the person to have them make sure I am not in their blocked list and to have my address listed in their address book.

Had to make the contact by phone. Once my address was added in, no problem.

Make sure their address is in your address book.

Check and see if their email is in your Spam folder. If it is reduce your spam settings to medium.
