We actually called ours brown bag lunch day and we did ours once a week, because we were just getting started. I lvoe lunch and learns, they are a wonderful tool for an organization.

Lunch and Learn = Your Own Time. This is bad for moral in Corporate America.

Eat and Meet (the new idea)
We use lunch and learns all the time and they are very successful training tools.
I've also held team meetings with bagels and coffee. Same as L&Ls, just earlier in the day.
