The vagina that has been constructed through sex change can work for sexual intercourse but no pregnancy will take place.
But it will feel just like real vagina during sex.

What do you mean work?..reconstructive surgery from male to female give somewhat a normal replica of the vagina but the anatomy will not function like a female born with a vagina..there can be some sensitivity but there are functions that can't be replicated..many men don't have the complete change but they can develop breasts with the use of hormones..get rid of unwanted facial hair and soften features...

no becuz they weren't born as a female so their reproductive system will remain male on the inside. unless....you wanna get the inside done and have overies....idk, really.
