It means that he is not committed to your marriage anymore and he is probably using you.
I hope that you do not have any kids between you because he is setting a terrible example for children.
I would suggest that you talk about marriage counseling and doing what ever it will take to make the marriage work in a mutually beneficial way.
If he is not willing to do that, he has totally given up on the marriage and it is time to file for divorce claiming irreconcilable differences.
Good luck.

Tell him to f flip off..might hurt a lot, but keeping him just demeans you and lets him know he can run all over you. Tell him if he ever calls you again from some chicks house, you'll come over and run over him.
Throw his clothes out the door, lock it and let him learn a lesson!
I think one reason my marriage has lasted so many years is that not only does my husband respect me and know I wouldn't pull crap on him, but that I will not accept it from him.
Now it's time for you to stop being a doormat and stand up for yourself.

First of all, actions speak a hell of alot louder than words. He has no love for you. He is obvious about the fact that he cheats and does whatever he want to do. Throwing in the"I love you" foolishness is just something he says to keep you and have you focusing NOT on his behavior BUT on that "does he love me, does he love me not" BS. You need to be more concerned about why you allow him to treat you with such disrespect. He don't have to love or like you--BUT he has to respect you. Like singer Kelis, be a BOSS and fire that idiot so you can hire someone who has the qualifications to treat you right.

Honey what it means is he cares about you as a person, but as far as a relationship he isn't into you! I've been there you need to take care of you first when you stop worrying about him he will be wondering what's up then you will see the tables turn. take care of you first before any man get happy w/ yourself first, and i guarantee you wont care as much

he wants to play, but still have the security of a marriage, and he is trying to not hurt you with the I still love you, he thinks that will soften the blow that he is a cheater.
also helping him to rationalize that what he is doing is right in his mind, although it is dead wrong.

I am sorry to say, it sounds like your relationship is in trouble. He has someone else on his mind.
