For goodness sakes, it's CREEK. If it was meant to be pronounced "crick" it would be spelled that way. I am from California and if someone said "crick" out here people wouldn't know what they were talking about...except maybe a pain in the lower back.

Well, I live in Southeastern Pa and I say creek.
The correct pronunciation is the way it is spelled. It's spelled creek and that's how you pronounce it.
Pronunciation depends on where you live and what you're used to. It's Creek no matter what but people say crick.
Creeks right!!

my friend from PA said crick as well, I'm from IL and go to school in WI and we say creek.

There are regional differences in pronunciations... ask them to spell it! A creek is a body of water--- crick is a pain in your neck!
You say TOE-MAY-TOE, I say TOE-MAH-TOE.... but either way it's spelled tomato.
