Does anyone know who the actor is!?!

The actor was Bill Nighy, but he didn't just provide voice work. The filmmakers used a performance-capture program, so his "acting" is there, only he has been re-animated into Jones. He does an extremely good job (as did the animators, since there were times watching the movie that I thought it couldn't possibly be CGI even though I knew it was).
He was also in Love Actually as the old rock star who sings "Christmas Is All Around" (think that was the title)

Bill Nighy, was okay as Davey Jones, but seeing as all he did was provide voive work for a CGI Davey Jones, I would have perferred a better voice talent....Liam Neeson perhaps....or Tim Roth....

yeh bill nighy he is very funny and has been in looooaaaaads of films like underworld and love actually and a thing where they are in jail (dont know the name pretty useless huh?)

He's the same evil (and elderly) vampire that gets his head sliced in half in the first "UNDERWORLD"---

I didn't really think the guy and his crew were very believable in the movie. Sorry, don't know his name.
