1) less explicit
2) are actually cool
3) you can understand what they're saying
4) you get their jokes
5) they've been around since the 1980's

I used to LOVE the Simpsons and hate South Park, but now they've both grown on me with Family Guy and American Dad. Simpsons is the most tamed and the OG!

South park, the simpsons have sucked for years now, I can't even bear to watch, Southpark is the bet with American Dad a close second, then family guy, then watching dead people rot, then the simpsons

I think the Simpsons because its funny and its a family show. While southpark its just a show for teens and adults due to its language but its still fun to watch but The simpsons are better

Simpsons: much more witty and the humor is subtle. South Park is a bit crude.
