you have a ground wire touching something that,s connected to the main ground,,or a positive wire,,the system on this vehicle work,s on a negative ground system,,also if you loose your ground for all these thing,s,it will do that,,you need to check in under the dash there is a ground block under there that has plug in ground connection,s on it,,if they are loose it will do this,,also look at your battery ground real good ,,there should be two wires,,one goes to the body ground,,and the other to the engine ground,,hope you get it fixed.

sounds like the boot that carries all of your wires from the main part of the car to the door is having a wire problem, I would take the door liner off and then undo the wire boot and look at the wires where they come out and go into the boot, they might be getting chaffed and every time you open or close the door it stretches the wire Harness and it must be hitting some metal somewhere and grounding out everything.

Does it have a keyless entry system? Sounds like the keyless entry lost its programming (got confused). Good luck.

u got to have a short somewhere.check wires going to door (for windows).check fuses.
