Maybe, but than likely he could be just checking on you. Do you have anew man you were with?? Were you with friends? Maybe he is simply checking out the one that got away or wants to know if you are still interested so he can go back and bust on you with his buddies. The question is do you want him back? What did you do when he looked at you??

If you are pretty and attractive, he will look at you anyway, and probably pity himself for having lost you, even years after the break-up..... but, hm!
If he loved you so much, he'd still BE with you, no?

well yea i would think so. at least that would be my best bet. but it could just be that he may be thinking yea, like omg! shes still so hott, and can like turn me on and stuff, but i dont think it will work out again. he may get turned on by u, but it doesnt always mean they want to go back out with you. there can be situations like that. look for signs and then decide.

that mean he still wants to get with you. not to say that he wants to be with you. if he wanted to be with you he wouldn't be your ex. now he still likes what he sees but that doesn't mean he wants to be with you.
