If it's a normal abortion with no complications, you should be fine if you want to have more children later. However, if something goes wrong, it can result in damage to the uterus (excessive bleeding, infection, etc.) that could make you unable to conceive later. This complication is not that common, though -- MOST women who have abortions are fine afterwards. Make sure you see a reputable doctor in a real clinic with real support staff, and be sure to follow all their instructions carefully after the procedure is over. Take care of yourself!

Yes even a properly preformed abortion can cause a woman to be unable to carry a child. Also if you have had more than one abortion it can effect your ability to carry a child. You should see and OB-GYN and explain to them that you have had an abortion in the past and would like to get pregnant now. They will help you to achieve your wish of mother hood.

Good Luck!

Yes. Abortion is known as a "blind procedure," because the abortionist cannot see what he is doing as he inserts sharp instruments into your womb. These instruments can damage your reproductive organs and cause infertility, pregnancy complications, or complete sterility. See: http://afterabortion.info/complic.html

Of course, but that's only if the Doctor does something wrong while performing the surgery. You should read up about it in google or any other search engine.
