I'm a year older than her she's 16 and I 17. We like each other. Not the regular bro sis way. What should I do?

OK first of all.....I AM IN THE SOUTH ALREADY BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I CAN "RAIL MY SISTER!!!tHERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SOUTH AND IF YOU SAY THAT THERE IS TO MY FACE, i SWEAR BY GOD THAT YOU WILL NEVER TALK AGAIN!. Second. If you spend a lot of time with someone and get to know them, what's wrong with liking them? I have known her all of her life, I know what she likes, dislikes, what music she's into, who her friends are and everything about her. She's an amazing person. There's nothing wrong with liking her. And being from the south has nothing to do with it. There are people in Canada that have relations with their kin. Southern people are just as smart as you, a lot even smarter. What's wrong with liking a person, a HUMAN BEING, that you've known for all of your life, just because she's you sister? People in the bible have incesteuos relationships. Don't tell me I'm wrong because you thinkit's sick. Beside, condoms plus birth control plus monthly test prove me right.
