The best one by far is the Grohe concealed cistern, available at most good bathroom outlets. I have 3 in use in my house & have not had a problem with them in over 12 years

I am not sure what the other people who answered your question think this is, but if I understand you correctly, this is the item that flushes your WC?
There are quite a few available, if you go to your local Jewson showroom, they can offer you a selection. Some can be concealed in cabinets, some behind false walls, and also there is the continental type available which is mounted in a metal frame from which you can have a wall hung pan, great idea as you can clean under them and there are no dirt traps on the floor with them.
The main and probably most reliable manufacturer of all these types in the UK is Armitage Shanks, although there are other makers who are less well known.
Hope this answer is of use.

I don't think you mean a cistern. A cistern is a pit that retains sludge and waste from your sanitary system. It would be almost impossible and very expensive to put in a bathroom. It would also not smell very good.

You will need a septic system if toilet waste is going in. If you are draining sink and tub/shower a french drain will work. Keep in mind that local laws may restrict such systems.
