I'd say that makes us the biggest supporter of terrorist nations, wouldn't you?

rock and roll. Yes look at US budget under foreign aid. Israel gets far and away the bulk of it. Then add in the military assistance. Israel only has a population of 3 million? You can look all that up. A lot of the money given to Israel is then given to Egypt and (before current conflict) Palestinians in the form of payments for peace, by Israel. The amount given by US is about 1 or 2 percent of GDP of US to Israel. Then there is the overlap between what we spend in Iraq and Afghanistan in our national interest that also is in the Israeli national interest. You can look all these numbers up and there are dozens of ways to spin them. Just hope that Bush knows what he is doing and serious spending started all the way back under President Johnson. Simplified if US has pop of 300 million and Israel pop of 3 million (not counting arabs in Israel) and US spending on and for Israel exceeds 1 percent of spending then it is true. But it is also in our national interest and not just for humanitarian reasons. US gets a staunch ally in return in the Middle east should we be reduced to only one place to base our military there. Its kind of like a marriage, who does more for whom, the husband or the wife? Do we get more from Israel than we give?

Because the Israelis are on the front lines of the war on terror.

Also, please provide reliable source of your claim that Israel gets more per capita US spending than Americans do.

What's that? You don't have any? Gee that's too bad. My guess is that you made it up or got it from another Neo-Nazi.

I seriously doubt that is true. My guess is that we spend more for our highways than we do for Israel. I do think it is very good that we spend some money on Israel.
