Put shaving cream on. And run your shaver right over the whole lot. Shaving cream applied after vinegar is a known remedy for acne. The shaver will slice off all the acne - the mixture of vinegar and shaving cream will fry the acne and later the acne will be all gone.

gentle soap or baby soap, wash your face with it then put ice or a face towel soaked in icy water on your face. Never put vinegar on your face, vinegar is edible acid... but still an acid. You can clean silver with it. Pond's cold night cream might help ease the redness.

That wasn't a smart move. Vinegar is a form of acid. As someone suggested, see a doctor ASAP.

Don't ever do that again. You potentionally made it worse!!! You stripped you skin of natural oils so now it produced MORE which will become excess in the form of acne. Go see your doctor and see if he/she has something to give you, or if he/she recomends a dermotologist.

If you have an aloe plant around try cutting a frond lengthwise and put the gel that comes out on your face, that may work, but it won't hurt you either.

Just rinse with lots of water and wait for it to go down. Anything else you put on it now might make it worse.
