Within Visual Studio or web developer express, you can use the data grid control. The data grid control looks just like data sheets in Microsoft Access. The data grid control can be used to view data and add new records. You could also make it read only to only display data.

Yes, using any number of web app technologies - CGI, PHP, PERL, ASP 3, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, JSP, the list goes on.

If you use DreamWeaver or VisualStudio or a Java IDE, you can do this all through a Visual programming interface. Of course, you won't have a clues as to why it works and how to modify it, and this is extremely inefficient code - but you can do it this way...

HTML doesn't have that ability itself. you will need to use a back end technology of some sort (PHP, ASP, JSP, etc.) and a database (MySQL, PosgreSQL, Oracle, etc.). What you can do depends on your hosting setup. Most web hosting places will have one of these installed that you can work with.
