Yes - it's normal for you to lose a few eyelashes a day, and they're replaced before they fall out by newly active hair follicles that are growing fresh eyelashes.

Yes, they definitely do. They fall out all the time (even when not rubbing your eyes), and they are constantly replaced. They do grow slower than your typical hair, and they grow to a certain pre-defined length (which differs for everyone based on your genetics).
Unfortunately, you can not make them grow much faster. Like regular hair, there is very little you can do. In general, they tend to grow back faster in the summer/when it's warmer because your circulation is better. And, eating more vitamins can help slightly.

Yea. Eyelashes grow back about once a month. Hair falls out all the time. Your hair on your head (you notice sometimes when you brush your hair and then hair gets in your brush) and your eyelashes. It's normal.
