...7th SIGN (not high)...
mars...and peace among our (the) planets and love will rule the stars. this is the dawning..
there was only one time of our universe that this happened - and that was the age of 'free love' in the 60's and early 70's.
it was a time of true acceptance. not at all like today's society. you were able to love for the sake of being human or just having life (like a plant). the reason for living was to love and accept.
what happened? i want to go back.

It is the period of time in which Aquarius is the zodiac constellation on the horizon on the first day of Spring (vernal equinox). It changes about every 2000 years due to the precession of the Earth's axis.
In the early days of astronomy, Aries was the constellation of the vernal equinox (we still refer to the direction of the vernal equinox as "The First Point of Aries"). If you're an astronomer and use astronomical maps, we're currently in the age of Pisces (except the vernal equinox is really between the constellations of Pisces and Aquarius - the areas between constellations are arbitrarily assigned to a constellation just for simplicity's sake).
If you're an astrologer, the age of Aquarius has already begun. It will last for around 2000 years and will be followed by the age of Capricorn.
Being a Pisces, I guess I may as well side with the astronomers and say we're still in the age of Pisces. I think I remember some song about it, "This is the setting of the age of Pi-aiy-a-sces, the age of Pi-aiy-a-sces!"
Oh, so true. It's hard to find a person who still knows how to use an abacus or a slide rule. All the true knowledge of man seems to be disappearing.

To me it means, when the moon is in the seventh high, and Jupiter aligns with Mars then this is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. With respect to weather, if the weather is settled when a new or full moon arrives, that type of weather will last for a fortnight. All the other crap, you can forget about..........
