I do. It was made before Tom Cruise turned into a nut job. It also givers a better look into the lives of bartenders then you see in other movies. Its sad at the end though but I think the moral of the movie is good and would reccomend it to anyone who hasnt seen it.

I remembered loving this action picture whilst it first confirmed up on the action picture channels. My mom and that i had replace into Bryan Brown followers by way of "The Thorn Birds". We the two enjoyed Tom Cruise and Elisabeth Shue, too, so this modification into an all-around super action picture journey. you're suitable: The soundtrack is astounding, crammed with songs that by no potential improve previous. They circulate so superbly with the action. The "bar ballet" is only mindboggling, and that i continuously ask your self what proportion shattered bottles and glasses there have been for the time of rehearsals. the two artwork jointly easily and so gracefully that it style of feels impossible. Now, they in all possibility could accuse them of digicam tricks. it is unquestionably a bittersweet action picture. I think of that maximum human beings does no longer anticipate it to prevail in such deep and strong thoughts; some have written it off as fluff, yet i'm going to wager they have not watched it. human beings see "Cocktail" and bounce to a end. It somewhat has its surprises, somewhat because of the fact I hadn't seen it in some years. i replace into inspired yet back, somewhat with the aid of Brown. (I genuinely have got here across that the "fluff" assumption is likewise utilized to Sam Elliott's "Lifeguard", which maximum human beings slam without viewing it!) It could desire to have a brilliant allure if my mom and that i could desire to savor it interior the late Eighteen Eighties in spite of the shown fact that almost 2 an prolonged time later!

I used to love that movie, but I have a hard time dealing with Tom Cruise now. It's a shame, I have lost so much respect for him that I truly cannot enjoy his films anymore. It's really too bad, because the volleyball scene in Top Gun was one of those defining teenage moments for me and most of my girlfriends, LOL.
