You definitely need to improve your language skills. As for beating the test, the only way to do that is to actually take the test and pass it. When you take the test, the only thing you can bring to the test is yourself and maybe a pencil. And yes you will have to take a drug test and you will also have to pass a criminal background test and a driving test.

Well, first off, your language skills are just astounding
Secondly, you will more than likely have to take a drug test to work for the post office, due to the fact that postal employees are government employees.
As for trying to pass one, I'm sure there are tons of ways to buy all kinds of stuff on the internet, but be advised that the testing labs already know about those methods and you will most definetly fail a test if you try to use one
