You may need a job reference from this employer. It would be wise, ethical & good manners to work a notice.

Um, that depends on what you mind that they tell your future employers about your work & having left.
Two weeks notice is traditional & respectful...it gives them time to find someone to replace you & train them a little.

Of course, if you don't mind them telling your future bosses that you left without notice...it's *your* future jobs, after all. Not going to hurt me at all.
