Take an over the counter pregnancy test. If there are 2 lines.. go to the doctor. There is a chance that you may have a tubal or eptopic pregnancy. This is where the egg is fertillized outside the womb. It could be very painful and very life threatening.
I have heard that there is a chance that the egg can be " re plannted" into the uterus and it will go to term... but most commonly women I know have aborted or they miscarry.

Take a test IMMEDIATELY!!! Especially if you've had a tubal, your chances of having a tubal pregnancy increases and that can kill you. Even if your test is negative, you should see your doctor. There might be something else going on since your cycle is usually regular.

Take a pregnancy test. If you are a week late, the test should be accurate.

I guess it depends on the exact type of surgery, but my mom knows someone how just had her tubes clamped shut. Well, over the years, one of the clamps broke and she got pregnant. Like 10 years after her surgery.
