Put the cd into the computer. Then open itunes. On the list that shows your playlists, you should see "Audio CD" click on that. Then click the import button in the upper right hand corner. If when you open itunes and it doesn't show "Audio CD", then you need to open widows media player. Import the songs using windows media player. Then open the folder that the songs were imported into. Drag and drop them onto your iTunes library. A box will show up saying some thing about WMA format. Click ok. Itunes will convert the songs in just a little while. Make a playlist and put on ipod.

First open up iTunes. Put the CD in the computer, and the iTunes page will automatically switch to a page with all of the songs on the CD on it, as if it were a playlist. In the top righthand corner, there will be a button that says "import cd". Do that, and the songs will go onto your itunes library. From there, just put them on your ipod like any other song.
