I say a willing to help vessel.

People just talk, but they do absolutely nothing.

If one has love within ones heart, money wouldn't be a issue. For if anyone was in need of money and they had none inwhich to give, they themselves would fundraisers. If physical help was needed and they had no strength they would find someone inwhich to still help the cause. That's what a willing vessel is a person that may not have what one may need, but is willing to search out a way to still be of some help.
