Minnesota ranges about 70 in the summer and lately it has been in the 90's and we have no air conditoner what can we use to cool our house off we have 3 fans running but its still too HOT we cant have a air conditoner and we cant have central air because its pubilc housing any suggestions

Drink lots of water, eat pretzels. That will help your body.
Wear little clothing at home, do only what needs to get done..
Place a cool damp cloth behind your neck.
I have used fans, but found the motors threw alot of heat back into the rooms.
Sleep on the floor, as they seem to be cooler than sleeping in bed..

If you are asking why all the hot weather, your answer would be Global warming.
If you're looking for suggestions on how to help keep your home cooler try buying a couple extra fans or maybe one for each room. 12" or larger "oscillating" fans work best.

in new york city today, we almost broke the 100 year record for temp. (about 98) and yesterday we beat the record with 97 degrees
governments like the USA gotta get some brains and look outside at all the weather records.

Gee Let's blame it all on global warming. That is all we hear these days. It is 100 degrees on my deck as we speak, here in Pennsylvania.
