have a outlook express e-mail account and forgot address and all other information... is there a way to uninstall and set up new account??? If so what website do i need to go to???

Uninstalling and reinstalling will not help, as outlook express is not tied to any specific service.You can set up multiple email address/accounts in OE. Just go to the site you have your service with, and look up the information you need to reconfigure OE.

Just set up an email account with a provider that will allow you to use POP and SMTP to send and receive emails. Not all email or ISP's offer this option. Many only allow access through the web or their client. When you find one, just delete the old account in Outlook Express.
