An articulaTED bus is one that has two parts to it joined at the centre with a pivoting joint. You will notice that it has an accordion like rubber membrane outside so that it can swivel in the middle while providing cover for the interior. There is no such thing as a reticulating bus to my knowledge. Reticulating means to make a network.

An articualting bus is one the bends in the middle. Kinda looks like a bus with an accordian stuck in the middle. There no such thing as a reticulating bus. Reticulating means to be put in a net, or network. One example of this is the Internet. Just a big network interconnected. Picture a net for fishing or a honey comb.
