Does Lebenon have the right to defend itself from the israeli terrorist attacks?

IT seems israel is like a cry baby. They attack civilians in lebenese suburbs and destroy their homes and business.

Then israel crys when Lebenon hits their israeli cities. Almost like they are saying " We can hit you but you are not allowed to defend yourselves and attack us"

I guess israel bit more than it can handle.

Israel didn't start it. They have a right to exist by international law and Lebanon and various terrorist organizations have been attacking it for decades. Israel has the full right to defend itself, and the recent escalation is not Israel's fault.

You need to turn on your TV and watch CNN. Its not Israel that are the terrorists. They're bombing and otherwise decimating Lebanon which is sheltering the terrorists - Hezbollah which is a terrorist organization. The whole thing started because Hezbollah took some Israeli soldiers prisoner. If the prime minister of Lebanon had any balls, he'd make Hezbollah give back the Israelis and it would all come to an end - at least for this time. As a result, all of Lebanon is suffering. The Israelis have every right to try and get their people back - alive. And if they have to bomb another terrorist outfit to hell and back, so be it. The Israelis are in the right on this.

Yes. Nationalism rules in our current world. That's why WAR is so prevalent. Lebanon isn't really fighting back, it's just the political faction Hezbollah. Hezbollah mixes in with the population of Lebanon and Israel is trying to eliminate it's enemy Hezbollah. This is a royal mess. The Lebanese that have died are true victims as are the Israeli citizens that have died.

The true solution: Give all nuclear weapons to the U.N. - restructure the U.N. to give power to all continents and representatives must meet strict standards of stability and intelligence. Any country that attacks another would have it's status as a nation removed and the U.N. would take control until a stable more intelligent government could be formed.

The U.N. should take over Lebanon and Israel under this circumstance.

Just an idea. - Better than what we have now.

Israeli prisons have 9000+ Palestinian prisoners with no trials.. talking about killing? for 3 kidnapped Israeli soldiers, Israel kills 300 civilians in Lebenon and wounds near the 1000. Half of them are women and children. Talking about casualties? Isreali forces killed 734 children since 2000.. Defend Isreal? why would I? If you call Hezbollah a terrorist group, then I have every right to call the american revolution terrorists because they simply defended their country..

Israel fights for their country. If the otrher countries back down, their is no war. If Israel backs down, there's no more Israel. Israel is hated by just about every Middle Eastern country, do you expect them not to defend themselves. Of course they worry when other countries attack.
